Error: poll_recv_ssl -> SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL error:WSAEWOULDBLOCK

FortiClient write this error log, when i use SqlServer Replication Merge for merge data from one server to another with FortiClient VPN on:

When the SqlMerge agent start, the ping on the cloud server is Request Timeout. The firewall on the 2 machines, are turn off.

Is possible that FortiClient block the Tcp channel?
