Error: Permission denied when login SSL VPN Portal

Hi,

I have an issue with fortigate authentication. I have configured successfully ssl vpn for users on my firewall. But today all users cannot use ssl vpn any more. When I login web vpn with my account the system show "Error: Permission denied". I tried to reset password but no luck. My fortigate firmware is 7.0.2. Could you please give me advices

I just fix it, the problem is users is in 1 group, I deleted group accidentally. I  recreate a new group and add group to Firewall policy so users can login again

    After changing all my VPN Users to 2FA per email i had the Same Problem...
    After i read you Solution i separated the Users in 2 Groups and it worked again...
