error message : RIP: RECV: recvmsg error: Resource temporarily unavailabl

I have created a RIP to a Fortinet but route is not add in the routing table and I get this error message in the logs : RIP: RECV: recvmsg error: Resource temporarily unavailable

What does this message mean please?
