Error Installing FortiClient VPN

Hi 

 

I need to install the FortiClient VPN, I have full admin on my machine.

 

I have downloaded the newest version of the client but every time I try to install it gets to the point of " Service Fortishield failed to start" then fails and rolls back the installation.

    I resolved it installing the file Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64.msu for my windows.

    ...which is the Update for SHA2 code signing, applicable for Win7 SP1 installations. Published March 10, 2015.
