"Error 500: Internal Server Error" trying to print guest user credentials

Hi all,

I've a FortiGate 100D with FortiOS 5.2.3.

When I try to print the credentials receipt for guest users I get the "Error 500: Internal Server Error".

Have you ever see this?

Is there any workaround?

Same for me on 200D did you solve the problem..., it's seems to work when admin account is not restricted to Provision Guest Accounts
