received email to enable 2FA for logging in to fortinet support but the instructions not clear.
the part to enable 2FA for sub users
If you are a Master Account Admin looking to enforce for 2FA for your sub users
- Log into https://support.fortinet.com
b. Select Services and then IAM.
c. Go to Account Settings and enforce 2FA.
Once 2FA is enforced, all the sub users will get an option to select FortiToken Mobile or EMAIL to get one time code to login.
When they try to login to their IAM account, the website will not allow them to proceed until they configure 2FA.
