EMS 'New software is detected' - New Version of FortiClient?

Hey,

 

I'm reading the manual/google web and can't see what this really means 

 

Page 281 'New software is detected'   -  Be notified when new FortiClient software is detected.

Detected where?   on the client machine, as a released Fortinet product  etc?

Is this a daily alert for as long as any of my users are on an old FortiClient

 

Or is it just marketing to say FYI the next version is released?

 

p.s. Why can't we have FortiEMS labels here?

A FortiClient EMS specialist has confirmed it refers that new FortiClient software is detected:
