EMS email alerts reports not opening

Hello,

I’m facing an issue with EMS endpoint alert emails. The email includes a report link for full details, but when I open it, I get the following message:

“Redirect Notice – The page you were on is trying to send you to an invalid URL.”

Has anyone faced this issue before or found a solution for it?

is the EMS external/FQDN URL configured correctly?

I didn’t configure any URLs it’s cloud version. I only configured the SMTP settings and endpoint alerts.

I’ve done some research and couldn’t find anything similar to this particular issue. Are you actually able to reach the URL the email message sends you over to? Can you resolve it? Essentially, the report is on EMS and inability to navigate to that URL is either network related (DNS, network access, etc.) or maybe the URL itself is corrupted (i.e. invalid parameters, path doesn’t exist, etc.).
