EMS (Cloud) - Forticlient Android Error

Hi,

My users are getting the below error every morning on their Forticlient (v7.0.3). It seems the VPN is staying up longer then it should, and likely getting in a twist. Clearing the cache for FCT and restarting the APP resolves the issues.

 

Has anyone any thoughts on what may be causing this issue, or an easier way to address it?

 

FGT SSL TTL config:

config vpn ssl settings
set ssl-min-proto-ver tls1-1
set servercert "star.mycompany.ie_2022"
set idle-timeout 14400
set auth-timeout 43200
