EMS Cannot get the tag ip address

HI team:

EMS cannot get the tag IP address.

My network architecture is as follows
Layer 2 Switch》Layer 3 Switch (Gateway here)》FortiGate Firewall

My environment software version.
FortiEMS:7.0.4 build 0276
Firewall: FortiGate-201E v7.0.6,build0366,220606 (GA.F)
FCT:7.0.5
diagnose test application fcnacd 5 #schedule host_tags call
diagnose firewall dynamic list Unable to get IP address

FortiEMS configuration.
administration > farbic devices > select device > share all forticlients
FortiEMS check, zero trust tag monitor user matches the tag normally, FCT also.

What else can I do to get the tag?

First, do you see your endpoints?

#diag endpoint record list

Also, you might try to restart fcnacd process:

#diag test app fcnacd 99

A solution has been found for this problem.
Version 7.0.6 requires a direct connection or SSLVPN in order to activate the tag address.

diagnose firewall dynamic list # Get the IP。
