I have FortiGate-60D with v5.2.8 (build727) (GA) firmware. I have "Email filter" enabled. Sometimes Outlook 2016 (only 2016, 2013 works fine) send blank emails (with blank senders and receivers) (this is normal work of 2016 Outlook), but this mails blocked by "Email filter", how i can Allow this kind of emails?
The IP address, the lines from the FortiGuard AntiSpam list, do not show the from and to fields. The fields from and to appear in the e-mails captured by other antispam techniques.
