EMail setup for 20E4

I simply cannot make email notifications for voicemail work on a 20E4 unit.

I have Host settings that work - but only if the Advanced Group settings are entered.

If I don't enter anything in Advanced Group, then authentication fails. I don't think this makes any sense, but whatever. 

The problem is that there's no place to enter this Advanced Group info permanently.

Has anyone set this up before?
