Hi,

We are using google workspace for email (xxxxyyyy.abc.com) and some our clients also using google workspace (xxxxyyyy.cde.com) ,since its google domain , we are not able to block entire gmail.com or accounts.google.com , is there anyway to block @gmail.com only through firewall.

You can use Email Filter Block/Allow List to block emails to or from @gmail.com. Please refer to https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/7.2.0/new-features/386433/add-email-filters-for-block-allow-lists
