Looking at implementing the process below and we are having a hard time finding specific instructions.

1) Guest user attempts connection to SSID

2) User is prompted for email address

3) User enters email address

4) Email address is sent to system

5) System sends a code to users email

6) User is prompted for code

7) User enters code to access wifi

Any ideas?

FortiGate offers Retail environment guest access that can be used to collect email addresses. If you want to implement a full guest self service portal you can take a look at the integration of the FortiGate with Forti Authenticator.

They have the Captive Portal for email collection, and that works fine. That alone doesn't look like it will send a code. We've looked at FortiAuthenticator as well, but haven't seen anything that specifically references what I described in the original post. Since this is for guest users, we won't be having them install FortiClient or FortiToken Mobile either.

FortiAuthenticator portal can be configured to verify the email address and also the users can login only after entering the credentials that are sent to their email address or SMS:

In addition to Emirjon's post, you may check the below tech tip.

But the difference with your requirement is that you need to enter the e-mail when the admin creates the guest user.
