Question

Egress traffic issue via L2L failover

Today, one of our remote iffices experienced a complete WAN outage on all internet links.

We have a redundant L2L (LAN-to-LAN) VPN tunnel configured to handle this failover scenario, which should route internet-bound traffic through our headquarters.

The tunnel configuration is verified as correct. The SD-WAN is registering the failover attempts, and the logs also confirm that the egress attempts are occurring. However, the transmission throughput is stalled (or "capped") at 84kbps and is not passing viable traffic.

Hi @denzil

Could you please share the network topology? Do you have any logs from when the issue occurred, such as routing checks?

Regards

Bill
