duplicate license fortianalyzer

Hi,

I've been trying to get a vm (on vmware Esxi) for analysis up and running for a week now, but I keep getting a duplicate license error.

I have already tried the solutions found in the community, but they did not work.
I would like to point out that I created a new account and installed only one vm, so it is not possible that there is a duplicate.

Fortinet support told me to write here.
I report the info of the vm when is start:

Support told you to come to the community?  You need to ask customer care.  I would also ask your Fortinet sales/account team for assistance.  No one on the community can see the backend details of Fortinet's license repository.

I solved a problem like this today, I did it as follows, I logged into the Fortinet support account, checked which FortiAnalyzer was connected, got the record of my longest valid license, downloaded the file and added the file directly to the FortiAnalyzer, after that it rebooted and returned to normal by changing only the FortiAnalyzer SN.
