https://support.fortinet.com/Download/FirmwareImages.aspx

Select the product > forticlient 
Select download> navigate to required versions> click on Https to download
you have various files, and tools > select the required version

Kindly note you will need a device with contracts/license to access these files
The contract name on the device will be " Firmware and general updates"
