Download Capacity Restriction more than 10 MB

I cannot download file size more than 10 MB through my Fortigate firewall. When I was downloading 10 MB file from Internet, after 5 MB size downloadded, my firewall is stops the traffic. can you anyone help me in this regard, Pls?

    On your protection profile, AV section, what is the setting for oversized file action? It should be pass if you want to download files larger than then maximum scanned size. Also, if this is already set to pass then try downloading without a protection profile on that policy and see if you have better results. This will at least isolate if the problem is with the protection profile.

    In the protection profile, check into the anti-virus configurations. The comfort settings may need to be tweaked a bit.
