Hi everyone, do you know if it's possible to downgrade FortiClient from 7.4.5 to 7.2.10 directly from ForticlientEMS v7.4.5?

Unfortunately, a colleague of mine accidentally pushed the 7.4.5 update and now we lost compatibility with all our ikev1 vpn.

Thanks

if the computers are AD joined and EMS is integrated with AD ( Authentication Servers tab ), in theory you could install/uninstall from EMS - FortiClient from a Deployment configuration, if i recall correctly.

L.E. or you can just migrate or create a separate IKEv2 tunnel for the users to be able to connect

    No, that won't work.
EMS can uninstall FortiClient, but it can't install it anymore.
    Must use GPO/Intune etc.
FortiCLient downgrade is not supported from EMS.

I’m in the same situation: I have 200 PCs running version 7.4.5 and I need to downgrade them to 7.2.8.
Using EMS and the deployment configuration, I successfully downgraded 20 PC, but now it has stopped pushing the old installation file to the PC.

Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot this issue?
