Doubts about Forti AP

I was looking at the FAP-U231F-E model and I have the following doubts:

These APs are autonomous and can work without a controller or firewall? Without connection to a controller or the cloud, it can work doing UTM functions, could it continue to support MPSK without connection to the internet or the controller?

In short, they are fully autonomous for UTM and MPSK functions?
