Domain vs Session vs Content profile priviledge

Hi,

I wanna ask which of Domain, Session, Content has higher privilege

From my understanding Domain is in Global level, while Session in Group level

For example

1. if I want to allow Director group to send 50MB attachment but only allow 25MB for Staff group then use Session

2. but how if I set Domain to max 25MB, will Director group could send

3. in what situation should I use content?

4. which one has highest privilege Domain, Session, Content if all of them set attachment limit tq
