Domain Users redirected to Web Portal to access Internet

Dears ,

My Initial config is to allow Domain user through FSSO to go to internet by configuring policy and it was working fine , for guest user ( Lan or WLAN ) they use captive portal to access internet and other ressources . 

Today i found that even Authenticated users get capitave portal to access Internet ...

Can anyone face this problem ?
