Does rebooting the fortigate reset the quota?

Hello Dear , 

Does rebooting the fortigate reset the quota? After the version upgrade, (5.4.9 - 5.4.10 - 5.6.7 - 6.0.3) the device fails after twelve hours of operation. The rules are also unrestricted, users are becoming restricted to internet access however,  I restart the device, everything is getting smooth.
