Do I need UTM licence for branch office?

If I use on Head office Forti 101f with UTM licence, and now I'm going to buy 61F for all my Branches, all outgoing traffic to internet will be routed back to 101F where is scanned by, so do I need UTM licence for branch devices?

    No, only need UTM where you are going to apply UTM policies.
