Do anyone know why FAC 300 F Hardware License type is showing license type full (disabled )???

The FAC 300F in picture only has 200 user but its showing license type i belief FAC 300F only hardware limited upto 1500 user right ??

Hi @Mr_kathalan ,

Confirm the current version of FAC that is running. Is it possible to upgrade the FAC device to version 8.0.2 or higher?

I could see know issue :

1230446 - Invalid license expiry on dashboard after restoring config backup converted from VM to hardware model.
