DLP sensor report

Hello, I have a Fortigate 'Data Leak Prevention(DLP) sensor which blocks executables from being downloaded. Does anyone haves a FortiAnalyzer report dataset which can report on exactly how many executable files have been blocked from downloading in this particular DLP sensor ?
Attached is a screenshot of my DLP sensor that I want to report on.
