Distance and priority

Hello,

I am having two ISP connection both have static routes

I want to configure wan 1 only for VPN and wan 2 for all other purpose 

Current configuration:   Policy: internal->Wan1->all->all internal->Wan2->all->all   Routing: 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 -> GTW 10.1.1.2 -> wan2 Distance 10, priority 0 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 -> GTW 192.168.2.1 -> wan1 Distance 10, priority 0

if I change the distance or priority that wan connection wont work

How do I configure distance and priority for static route
