Hello, I got an warning that disk space is full and when i look to the System Resources, it does indeed say that Disk Usage is at 98.5% and we have gotten some complaints today that the network was performing poorly. I am trying to understand where and how the disk space is used but haven' t found a good way to do it. I thought it would be logs, but then again logging is not turned on. Firmware : v5.0,build0271 (GA Patch 6) # get log disk setting status : disable # diag sys logdisk usage Total HD usage: 7153MB/7262MB Total HD logging space: 2178MB Total HD logging space for each vdom: 2178MB HD logging space usage for vdom " root" : 0MB/2178MB Any good hints on where further to look for how the disk space is used would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Ants.

Check the Disk Management section under System->Config->Advance.

Hey, thanks for the tips. The advanced section looks like this and it shows me only the size but not where the rest of the disk space is used. # show wanopt settings config wanopt settings set host-id " default-id" end show wanopt storage config wanopt storage edit " FLASH" set size 3900 next end Thanks a lot, Ants.

And this is the 98.5% that kind of worries me of which i' m not able to find a " good" explanation I thought it might have been some temp usage and also tried rebooting. But still same result. Thanks for any further good tips, Ants.

I suggest formatting the disk logging device (the format link next to Flash) then check disk usage; perthaps try allocating more storage to disk logging. (Formating the disk logging device will reboot the fgt device btw.)
