Disabling Backing up configuration options to READ-ONLY access

Hi,

We have given READ-ONLY access to a couple of users in the IT team but they are able to download configuration via System Configuration options on the Dashboard/System Information or using tftp server . Is it possible to disable  this for READ-Only access IT Team?

    Uhm Reading system settings literally means reading/downloading the configuration file.... but oh well

     

    Try going to System > Admin > Admin Profiles and double click your read only profile

    Set System Configuration to None

    Please report back if this works

    Thanks for the advise .. I've made that change now dashboard disappeared which is good.. do they still can download configuration using tftp?

    Honestly: No idea

    I don't have my testing device set up either (was in prod)

    Simply create yourself a new test account, apply the read only profile and test it
