Disabling advanced security features on FG clusters through FortiManager

I have FortiManager v5.2.6 managing a number of FortiGate clusters running v5.2.3.  All of the FG clusters are running the preset NGFW+ATP security features set, which includes AV, IPS, etc.  Due to resource issues on the managed firewalls, I'd like to turn off several of the advanced features.  For instance, there is no need for IPS since there are separate IPS systems.  However, I can't find any location in FortiManager to do this.  Is it possible through FortiManager?
