Disable SSl Certiface and Proxy Option FotriOS 5.6.2

Dear Expert ,

I need to disable  the SSL Certificate  and Proxy Options from the Policy ,I have disabled all the Security profiles But it is still showing that it is enabled ,If I click on Ipv4 & Policies ,on the right side I can see SSl Certificate and Proxy Options are enable but if go inside the policy itself I can not see any enabled profile.

Is there any way to disable both profiles?
