"diagnose sys ha pingsvr-secondary-force-reset" - what does it do?

Whilst matching system ha's "pingserver-secondary-force-reset" field, Fortinet neglected to elucidate what this command does. One could imagine that it resets "pingsvr_flip_timeout/expire" countdown shown by "diagnose sys ha dump-by group" but my testing showed not. Anyone knows?
