device inventory in fortigate

my fortigate is using fortiOS 5.4.4

Can i remove the device in the device inventory?

i noticed that there is one fortinet device in the inventory 

the hostname refers to one of my windows server, username is domain admin.

this always shows up in my fortianalyzer report
