Deployment to Surface Tablet Shows Install Started and never changes or installs

I setup a deployment package to push out to a specific Surface Tablet that our CTO uses as his main office computer and for the past 24 hours it just shows Deployment status as Install Started and never actually installs or even fails.  All other laptops and PC's are installing with no issue using the same method just having trouble with this one surface tablet.  It is on our domain and on the corporate network as well.
