Deployment packages website page 404 Not Found

Two months ago, I used it.  This week upgraded from 7.0.7 to 7.2 but had this problem.  So support told me to downgrade back to 7.0.7.  Unfortunately, I forgot to take a snapshot, so I uninstall 7.2 and reinstalled 7.0.7 then restore from backup.  New installation, is giving me the same problem 404 Not Found.  Any suggestions?
