Deploying FortiGate-VM from OVF fails in VMware Cloud Director

Hi!

 

My provider runs VMware Cloud Director and whenever I try to create a new vApp from the OVF it says:

 

"The selected OVF is referencing more files than you are uploading: datadrive.vmdk, fortios.vmdk."

 

Any ideas?

    I don't know but never seen that issue. Have you tried the ovftool and convert them to vmx and then import them into the vmCD? IIRC correctly you should be able to do ovftool <sourve ovf>  <vcloud://blahblablah:433> within you vcloud domain.
