Deny: IP Connection Error

Dear Every One

 

I am running OS 5.4.1 and when I check the log, I see the notice line: Deny Ip connection Error.

So any one have the same trouble with me and please let me know how to fix it.

    Hello Jack,

     

    This is a GUI bug that has been fixed in 5.4.5. The log means that an IP connection has failed. It indicates that the source is trying to connect to a destination that does not exist. We consider this a GUI bug because the Fortigate does not actually "deny" the connection. The connection cannot be established in the first place before the destination address is invalid. In 5.4.5, it has been changed to "Accept: IP connection error". Hope this helps!
