Demo access credentials not working

Hello,
I received credentials for FortiAuthenticator -Demo, but I’m unable to log in with them. Could you please check if they are correct or let me know if I need to take any additional steps

No, I didn't contact any support from that.

Besides I recently tried https://fortideceptor.fortidemo.com/ and it works fine. But fortinac demo doesn't accept the provided credentials.
