Delays Delays Delays

Hi

I am having a lot of issues with Fortivoice OS 6.0.x - currently my clients are on 6.0.3 and are having issues as follows :

Delays on the calls audio when they answer a call - these delays can be up to 6 seconds

Delays on the Screen icons on 570 phones updating with the correct information - 20 seconds after someone hangs up

There seems to be very little voice partners out there - or am I missing something?
