default internet traffic true ipsec tunnel & internet services internet breakout

Hi,

2 Fortigates running 6.03 version

Situation:

Their are 2 fortigates connected true IPSEC and i've configured the default traffic to go from branch to HQ.

This is done with a policy route and works.

Now, i would like for certain "Internet services" to go true the local internet breakout of the branch office

I've tested with a static route for internet services, which is in fact kind of a policy route, but all traffic keeps going true the ipsec tunnel.

Is their a way that the route for internet services has more priority then the default policy route?

Can this be accomplished?
