daily report from analyzer not showing any data

recently we noticed that the daily fortigate report from our analyzer is now showing any data.

how do i rectified it.

seems like my analyzer is not receiving data from the fortigate.

my fortigate firmware is 5.4.4 and analyzer is 5.4.2.

it started 3 days ago.
