Dailup IPSec VPN forticlient can't ping each other

Hi,

We are using dailup IPSec VPN forticlient by using XAuth authentication connects to our Fortigate firewall. When they connected, they can't ping/rdp to each other, is this normal? The address pool was assigned by Fortigate VPN setting "Client Address Range" itself, see attached screenshot.
