Custom Web Filter Block Page - Per Policy

Hello,

Is it possible to create a different web filter block page for a specific policy, and have that pushed out from FortiManager?

We use the Provisioning Templates to create our custom block page today, but the block page contains the phone number for our service desk.  I want to have another block page for our Guest networks that doesn't have that sensitive information.

I see Replacement Message Group in FMG, but when I create a new group I am unable to assign that message group to a specific policy.  Is it possible?
