Custom VPN Usage Report

How can I create a custom report to tell if a VPN user has logged in in the past year? I want to include the SSL VPN Web portal, the Web tunnel mode, the SSL Tunnel mode, any ipsec users, or any other type of user VPN. I would like to include the a name to indicate an occurrence, a date, and if possible a count.
