Custom Report is not displaying as configured.

Hi,

 

I am having problems with generating report on a FAZ 200D with v5.0.10.  I have configured the reports>configuration>time period to a specific start and end time but when I generate the report it only shows me a portion of it (i.e. selected start date is January 1, 2015 - end date is July 7, 2015 report generates only June1, 2015 - June 30, 2015).  Can anyone help me on this?

Hello,

Are you sure that you have all the logs available on the FAZ?

Check the log files under the FortiView -> Log View -> <your-device> -> Log Browse

- see the attached image.

Check the dates for the specific log type whether you have all the files for the period of time you need.

 

If yes than go to (let's say) Traffic logs view and select Custom Time period for January only whether you see some logs.
