Custom Chart not working, but the dataset does.

Can anybody tell me where i am going wrong as i am completely stuck now.

Created a custom dataset which works great as shown here (Data is being populated with the test)

So i then create a custom chart as shown here and added the dataset and mapped the columns

I then create a custom report add the chart and run it for the same time frame i did in the dataset test https://www.dropbox.com/s/lqp96l7745em7rn/timings.png?dl=0

So where am i going wrong? Is fortianalzyer buggy?
