CTAP on different FG ports

Hello, we would like to run CTAP on customer network on FG100D, but we need to use SFP ports "WAN1" and "WAN2" instead of "port1" and "port2". Will be enough to change wirtual-wire-pair on these ports and change policies? Or is necessary to change something also on CTAP portal on Fortinet? Thanks Petr Klinkovsky
