Creating sender reputation based on email address

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a way to get notify and setup sender reputation based on email address for outbound traffic.

I want to throttle and block if user (email address) is sending out lots of spam.

I think most of the settings in session profile are based on IP which for most of us it's the exchange server IP.
