Content filter overriding whitelist

Hello I’m enabling HTML and URL filter with “Content Disarm and Reconstruction” and its working fine just like I want but when I do it override’s my whitelist.

 

Mail is classified as System safe but filter apply anyway. Am I missing something or  shouldn’t whitelist exempt from all my filters.

Im running Fortimail 400E with v7.0.5(GA), build208, 2022.11.17 firmware.

    I answer this question myself, below quota from support.

     

    “If the FortiMail unit finds a match, it does not look for any additional matches, and cancels any remaining antispam scans of the message (but not the antivirus and content scans)”.

     

    Unfortunately without whitelist function for all filters, HTML and URL filter with “Content Disarm and Reconstruction” is quite useless, today most organization utilize hybrid solutions with many outside contractors and service providers so for seamless communication we need whitelist function.
