Connectwise Automate

We have recently moved from AVG Managed Workplace to Connectwise Automate and I am having a bit of trouble pulling useful info into Automate.  In managed workplace we where able to pull interface up/down, graph interface usage, notifications on threat alerts, etc.  In automate, we have none of that.  Has anyone successfully connected/configured Automate to fortigates and pull performance indicators and alert notifications?
